Sherri has over 15 years experience in directing and managing a community-based services agency. She has been in charge of programming, including home-based counseling, intensive in-home services, mentoring, therapeutic day treatment, school-based services, mental health support and sex offender treatment. Sherri is excited to take on her new role as Director of the South Central League of Therapists which serves the counties of Amelia, Appomattox, Buckingham, Cumberland, Charlotte, Prince Edward, Powhatan, and Nottoway. Sherri also currently serves as Director of Quality Assurance for the League of Therapists.

Staci Vinson, LCSW, is the Clinical Supervisor and Therapist at the South Central League of Therapists. Staci graduated with a Master's in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Staci has been with the League of Therapists for seven years and has experience working with children and families with attachment and trauma issues. She also utilizes knowledge of structural family therapy to assist families with a variety of issues including parenting difficulties, developmental delay, ADHD diagnoses, and foster parent support. She is able to serve individuals, couples, families and children in the outpatient setting and also leads intensive in-home cases for families needing higher levels of support.

The South Central League of Therapists office opened on April 1, 2011 and currently provides intensive in-home services, home-based counseling services, outpatient therapy, and parent coaching services, as well as assessment services. We also have available psychologists who can provide individualized, comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and families. We are eager to meet the needs of the community by bringing a higher quality of clinical services to the area.
